Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager

Onsite | Camarillo, CA | Up to $120,000

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for multiple legal entities
• Lead manufacturing cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliations
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, including intercompany transactions and eliminations
• Manage and coordinate annual audits and support external auditors
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, including annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Supervise and develop one staff accountant while collaborating with international accounting counterparts
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and applicable regulatory requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment, with strong cost and inventory accounting exposure
• Prior experience with multi-entity accounting and financial consolidation
• Audit and budgeting experience required
• Some supervisory or people-management experience
• Strong systems aptitude; ERP experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in an onsite, fast-paced environment
